課程主旨在向學生介紹分子腫瘤學的基礎知識，並連結腫瘤相關之分子生物學與病理學，進而延伸至現今針對腫瘤的轉譯臨床應用，進一步總結並討論目前所遭遇的狀況、瓶頸及發展潛力。課程內容包括: 課程簡介、致癌與抑癌基因、腫瘤病毒與免疫、DNA損傷、細胞死亡機制與血管新生、腫瘤之表觀遺傳學與訊息傳遞，以及相關之生物醫學應用及現今的臨床治療方式。
全英語課程，學前能力/適用對象：碩一以上生醫領域系所學生，或具生命科學背景相關基礎知識者
1. Open to postgraduate students in both the biomedical sciences and clinical practice.
2. Students should have basic understanding of biosciences and general biology, including the biological molecules, the cell, genetics, regulation, structure/function, interaction with the environment, and evolution.
