本課程目的為幫助學習，從探討與比較當前臺灣與世界各國技職院校的制度與經營管理的現況，培養學習者了解在技職校院經營管理的問題與新議題、新科技及發展趨勢。 本課程內容規劃協助培養學習者，建立在技職教育經營管理上的資料分析與報告撰寫能力，以及技職校院經營管理經驗交流與實務技能、研究與發展創新能力。 The purpose of this course is to help learners understand the problems, new issues, new technology, and development trends of operation and management in technical vocational schools in Taiwan and other countries by exploring and comparing the current situation of the system and management of technical vocational colleges in Taiwan and other countries around the world. The content planning of this course helps to cultivate learners to build the ability of data analysis and report writing in the operation and management of technical vocational education, as well as the exchange of experience and practical skills in the operation and management of technical vocational schools, research and development, and innovation capabilities.
