本課程從中國文學與思想等諸領域之英文漢學名著中，瞭解西方人如何用英文表達與思考中國文學與思想的觀點。同時，藉由本課程的學習，加強學生閱讀英文的能力，俾益其從事教學與研究的工作。
This course provides an understanding of how Westerners express and consider Chinese literature and concepts in English by reading the Sinology Masterpieces on Chinese literature and thoughts written in English. At the same time, the course will strengthen the student s ability to read English to help them engage in teaching and research work in the future.
